Norfolk House Hotel - Maidenhead

Despite the lovely ambiance, the swimming pool was closed-how utterly disappointing! Not to mention, I had to deal with a dusty room and an ill-functioning shower. I expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, yet received nothing. I almost considered writing a good review, but who am I kidding? This was just unacceptable.

I really enjoyed my compact room with an en-suite bath, great shower plus good sized bathroom.

Awesome place with free parking, excellent Wi-Fi, and a nice tv. The staff even helped me print tickets on my first stay, which I really appreciated! I'll definitely return for my next city trip.

The building housing our room seemed outdated, with damp odors and questionable maintenance-yellow patches on walls and cracked sockets told a story of neglect. The advertised swimming pool was empty and out of service for months, and breakfast details were misleading.

The full-English breakfast was delicious, but the shower had inconsistent hot water .

Loved the quiet atmosphere in the coach house annex—so comfy and clean! It was a treat after a long drive. the breakfast service was a bit chaotic. 😅

The owners' friendly demeanor made me feel at ease, and my room wassuper clean and cozy, complete with a fridge and microwave-a good surprise!

While the breakfast had fantastic options, the ordering process was a bit disorganized, leaving me waiting longer than I'd hoped.
